The end of the public consultation is listed as May 4th so not long to react. Early signs are that more public parking spaces have been added at the expense of a community garden, archaeology and drainage issues have not been resolved, the scheme is basically the same. The council is under pressure to raise money and may be forced to approve it. Early indicators are to object. Thank you to those who alerted us and have contributed in researching the updated outline plans.
